If you do pay shipping, any subsequent purchases in the next 24 hours ship free.

Our shipping is currently 2-3 business days.

pprivatecustom orders typically ship within 7-10 business days from the time the style box is shown. *Shipping times are an estimate and are subject to change* For more detailed information on a specific style box order, please email our customer service team at support@byalexarae.com with the order number in question.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Lakeland, FL (which is centrally located between Tampa and Orlando).

Regular Returns:

pprivatecustom, while we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Your happiness is our number one priority, so we offer a flexible return policy ☺

Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 business days of receipt of the item.

If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair or any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost.

Returns are eligible for store credit or a refund to your original form of payment. Please make your selection on the RETURN FORM.

Due to high demand, we are currently unable to accommodate exchanges for any purchases.

Please note mystery items, accessories or personal care items, items bought with a coupon code 30% or higher, sale items and items ending in .99 are final sale.

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

To initiate a return, please email your order # and item(s) you wish to return to support@byalexarae.com. We will promptly respond letting you know if your item is eligible for return.

Please do not send back an item without first shooting us an email and getting approval.

Returns may take up to 5 business days to process once it has been received at the warehouse. Please keep your tracking number for your own records.

Any returned items that are rejected by our staff will require a return shipping fee at the expense of the customer. We will always send out an email letting you know if your return has been rejected. If we do not receive a response to that email within 30 days, we will donate all items to a local charity, including items sent to us in error (i.e. returns from other boutiques).
